Summary

Co-founded an AI marketing and automation platform spanning lead capture, email, social publishing, workflow automation, AI assistance, and integrations.

  • Built the AI copilot and agents with LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and MCP: tool calling behind human approval gates, retrieval on pgvector, evaluated with RAGAS, Langfuse for LLM observability, and failover across OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
  • Built the automation engine: multi-step workflows with triggers, AI steps, and human approvals, run durably on BullMQ, Temporal, and n8n so a run survives restarts, deploys, and slow external APIs.
  • Built the integration and event layer: 60+ integrations across CRM, social, messaging, email, and storage, Go (Gin) services for webhook and event ingestion, and Kafka for event streaming.

  • Led the team's work from product requirements to production: ran discussions with product and other teams, wrote the technical design docs, broke the work into estimated tickets, and coded alongside the team.
  • Owned the team's integrations in production: monitoring, on-call, technical issues, and customer escalations.
  • Built CRM sync (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho), meeting-recording auto-archive for Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet on Go (Gin) services, and live simulcast to YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook, on OAuth 2.0 and event-driven services. Reduced manual workflows by ~95%.
  • Added cloud-storage import and integrations with X, Instagram, Slack, Google Sheets, Dropbox, Telegram, and Discord.
  • Shipped the Salesforce integration as a second-generation managed package (auth app, custom objects, custom fields) approved by Salesforce; owned the discussions with Salesforce's team, the follow-up fixes, customer onboarding, and on-call support.
  • Developed an AI copilot for video creators covering social post generation, video Q&A, analytics insights, semantic search, and tool-driven actions, using FastAPI, RAG and vector search, ClickHouse, and Redis.
  • Created MCP servers and the end-to-end plugin and tool integration flow that exposes Vimeo's platform capabilities to AI agents through standard tool discovery and execution.
  • Built an n8n-style visual flow builder and execution engine for multi-step automations, using Temporal for durable, long-running orchestration.
